EC must be fair in its dealings with the NDC – Betty Mould-Iddrisu

Former Attorney-General Madam Betty Mould-Iddrisu has told the Electoral Commission (EC) to listen to the concerns raised by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) ahead of this year’s elections.

She asked the elections management body to be fair and give an equal platform for all the parties to put their grievances across.

Speaking in an interview with TV3’s Kemmini Amanor on the Hot Issues on Sunday, April 28, she said “The Electoral Commission hasn’t treated us [NDC] fairly, they need to respect us as a party.

“The EC must be fair in its dealings with the NDC. they just respect our views on issues bordering on elections.”

Regarding the strategy of the NDC going into the elections, she stated that they are focusing on the youth for victory.

“The youth is our major focus for the 2024 elections. we in the NDC are also focusing on the Ashanti region because that is where the votes are,” she said.
