Media General awarded media organisation of the Year at CEOs summit 2024

The leading media company in Ghana, Media General Ghana Limited (MG), owners of TV3, 3FM, Onua TV and others, has been adjudged the media organisation of the year at this year’s Ghana CEO Awards.

MG received the recognition at the 8th Ghana CEO Summit held on May 27, 2024, at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast in Accra.

The CEO Excellence Award-Honours component of the Summit highlights and commends the accomplishments of CEOs and businesses, emphasising their success, innovation, leadership, and contributions to the economy.

The Ghana CEO Summit supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This year’s event was under the theme “Reigniting Business and Economic Growth: Charting a Path Forward; Economic Diversification and Artificial Intelligence Transformation. A Private-Public Sector CEO Dialogue and High Impact Learning.”

It is organised by the Chief Executives Network Ghana in collaboration with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Pwc), Ministry of Public Enterprises, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), University of Ghana and Multimedia group.

“With over 80% of CEOs reporting significant personal and professional satisfaction, and approximately 85% of attendees seizing valuable business opportunities, the summit has demonstrated its effectiveness in fostering business leadership and driving economic growth.
