Britain’s Got Talent confirms Afronitaa and Abigail as semi-finalists in live show 4

Ghanaian dancers Afronitaa and Abigail Dromo have been officially announced as semifinalists in the current UK version of Britain’s Got Talent (BGT).

BGT announced Afronitaa and Abigail together with others as as acts for semi-finalist 4 on their Instagram page on Thursday, May 30.

Their performances to compete for a spot in the finals will be aired tonight, May 30, 2024, at 8 pm.

About a month ago, both dancers received a standing ovation after wowing Ghanaians and audience at the BGT with an exceptional performance during their audition.

Their video instantly went viral, inspiring pride and enthusiasm among Ghanaians and subsequently sailing through the next stage of the competition with another excellent performance with Fuse ODG’s ‘Antenna’ song.

Afronitaa recently opened her dance academy to teach aspiring young dancers while her partner, a deaf dancer, seven-year-old Abigail won Talented Kid’s season 14 with her extraordinary talent.

Their collaboration on Britain’s Got Talent proved successful, receiving four enthusiastic yeses from the judges, with Simon Cowell describing them as one of his favourite auditions of the year.
