Incumbent Member of Parliament for Adansi Asokwa, Kobina Tahir Hammond went haywire at the Armajaro polling station on voting day when he threatened to have one of his contenders beaten.

He had earlier alleged, Samuel Binfo sent his machomen to assault his people and that he was going to take a revenge “my other candidate, Samuel Binfo, I am going to ensure that he is mercilessly beaten to pulp. I will humiliate him at the polls and get him beaten” he charged.

He also told the police present “I am just putting you on notice.”

The Adansi Asokwa lawmaker had earlier petitioned the Appeals committee to disqualify Samuel Binfo, but that failed.
