Adentan market women vow to reward Akosua Manu come December 7

Some market women at the Adentan Market Center have expressed their appreciation to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate, Akosua Asaa Manu, and plan to reward her with their votes in the upcoming general election on December 7th,2024.

According to the market women, despite taking large sums of money to buy foodstuffs and goods, they end up with very little.

The GH¢50,000 interest-free loan provided by Akosua Manu is seen as a significant step towards improving their financial situation.

In conversations with journalists, several market women highlighted the hikes in transport fares as the biggest challenge for their businesses.

The high cost of transporting foodstuffs from the villages to Accra has made goods more expensive. They believe that the interest-free loan will help mitigate these issues.

Madam Afia, a market woman, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support.

She emphasized that market women are the pillars of their families, with many being the primary breadwinners.

Therefore, the interest-free loan will be of immense value to them, greatly improving their financial stability and enabling them to better support their families.
