Joseph Kpemka gets Deputy MD job at BOST

President Akufo-Addo has appointed a former Deputy Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, as the Deputy Managing Director of the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company (BOST).

This is contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante dated May 17, 2024.

The letter requested “the Energy Minster, Dr Mathhew Opoku Prempeh to take the necessary steps to regularise his appointment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 929).”
