Odegaard assures fans of fighting for every trophy next season

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard is brimming with confidence and determined to bounce back and contend for all titles next season, after narrowly missing out on the Premier League trophy to Manchester City on the final matchday of the 2023/24 campaign.

Odegaard has proved to be crucial for Arsenal as a skipper and creator in the side, and although the Gunners missed out on the title despite showing great promise, Odegaard is optimistic about better things to come.

“You all believe in us now. I can’t wait to come back after the break. We have to use the break to come back even stronger, even more hungry, and push to win everything”, he said in a post match interview.

The Gunners beat Everton at the Emirates Stadium on the final day of the campaign in a 2-1 victory, yet Manchester City were on their toes and edged West Ham United at the Etihad in a thrilling 3-1 win eventually sealing their fourth straight league win.

Mikel Arteta’s side secured 27 wins in this campaign, the most in the club’s Premier League history, and although they run trophy-less, they are sure to make reinforcements in the summer to make a stronger case for themselves next season.
