Spain will face France in the men’s Olympic football final after staging a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Morocco in the semi-finals.

Morocco’s tournament top scorer, Soufiane Rahimi, put his team ahead with a penalty in the first half, marking his sixth goal of the Games.

However, Spain responded in the second half as Barcelona’s Fermin Lopez equalised by capitalizing on a loose ball in the penalty area.

With just five minutes remaining, substitute Juanlu Sanchez delivered the decisive blow, drilling home the winner to secure Spain’s place in the final.
